Shipping charges vary with the size and mode of consignment.

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 7-10 working days to deliver your order, during season time or Sale period, this may take 12-15 days too, urgent orders needs to be requested by customer to deliver high priority on whatsapp. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
In case you need a garment by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance.

International Shipping
1. Shipping charges to be borne by the customer
We will promptly send an email to confirm your order. Shipping charges, calculated at checkout, are to be paid by the customer at the time of placing the order. We will make every effort to keep you updated on the shipment status through the email address provided.
Please note that handling fees and taxes may be incurred during customs clearance, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. ELAYEE has no control over such fees, and we cannot estimate the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To avoid unexpected charges, it is advisable to contact your local customs office for current rates before placing an order.
2. Dispatch Timeline
Made-to-Order Items:
The majority of our products are crafted with utmost care and are made to order. Therefore, we kindly request your patience, allowing approximately 14 working days for the processing and dispatch of these items. For custom measurements or color variations, the process may extend up to 14 working days or more, depending on the style. Dispatch time estimated is 7 days minimum to 15 days maximum.

3. Delivery Timeline
Upon dispatch, the delivery timeline is subject to location and distance. For international order deliveries can take up to 3-4 weeks from the date of order received.
